Full Mouth Rehabilitation
A full mouth rehabilitation is exactly what it sounds like: a comprehensive, coordinated rebuild of the way your teeth look, function, and fit together. It ties together everything else we do — implants, crowns, veneers, gum and bone work, bite design — into a single plan with a single goal: a mouth you can chew with comfortably and a smile you're confident showing. It is the most involved work in dentistry, and the most rewarding when it's done well.
Who needs a full mouth rehabilitation?
Full mouth work is usually the right answer when the problems aren't confined to one or two teeth. Teeth worn down over years of grinding so that the lower face has lost its proper height. Broken or cracked teeth across both sides of the mouth. A history of old fillings and crowns that are failing one after the other, each repair a temporary fix on a bigger problem. Missing teeth that have changed how the rest of the bite functions. Patients who have lost most or all of their teeth and want them back, fixed in place, on implants. Different routes in, the same destination: a mouth that works again.
Design first, build second
Every full mouth rehabilitation we take on starts with a digital smile design. We work out what the finished smile should look like — the shape and proportion of the teeth, the bite they sit on, the height of the lower face, the way the upper teeth show when you speak — and we build that design on a precise digital model of your mouth before a single tooth is touched. The design becomes the blueprint: every crown, every veneer, every implant, every gum graft is placed in service of an end result we've already drawn. You see the proposed outcome — and feel a mock-up of it in your own mouth — before we agree to start. Nothing about a rebuild this involved should be a surprise on the day.
The treatments that build the result
No two full mouth cases are the same, but most are built from the same set of treatments, sequenced to the plan. Implants where teeth are missing or have to be replaced. Crowns over teeth that have been broken, root-canal-treated, or worn beyond repair. Veneers across the front teeth where the shape and colour need redesigning. Gum grafts where the gumline needs reshaping for the result to look natural. Bone grafts where the foundation needs to be rebuilt before implants can be placed. And underneath all of it, a redesigned bite that distributes the forces of chewing and grinding evenly, so the new work lasts.

Dr Sidelsky has been doing this for more than ten years, and in that time the practice has restored hundreds of cases — patients with worn-down natural teeth, patients with no teeth at all, patients somewhere in between. Cases on natural teeth, cases on implants, cases on a combination of the two. The plans look different from one patient to the next, but the discipline behind them is the same: design carefully, build to the design, and don't cut corners on the foundation.
